Marie-Valentine Geronimi

After more than four years of practice at LIGL, Marie-Valentine Geronimi joined OPLUS in 2021.

Marie-Valentine Geronimi previously gained experience with STC, Freshfields, Davis Polk and Wardwell and the legal department of Solvay.

Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law and she advises legal departments and general management as well as their executives in their strategic development choices (mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase of business assets or leasehold rights, etc…) and in their day-to-day management.

Marie-Valentine Geronimi also advises on contract law, an essential and cross-disciplinary subject, and assists companies in the negotiation and drafting of their long or medium-term partnership agreements, particularly in the fields of industry or real estate.
